Launch Your On-Demand Resource Library in Under 10 Minutes
A quick-start guide for coaches who want to get their first on-demand resource library live fast.
You already have resources in your Vault. You know what your clients ask repeatedly. You don’t need a long planning session. You just need to ship.
This guide is for coaches who want to launch their first on-demand resource library in under 10 minutes. No overthinking. No perfectionism. Just done.
The 10-Minute Approach
Here’s your rapid-fire timeline:
Minutes 1-2: Decide Your Theme What do clients ask about most? Pick one thing.
- Exercise form?
- Nutrition?
- Onboarding?
- Recovery?
Pick it. Write it down. Move on.
Minutes 3-4: Create Library Skeleton Open your platform (HubFit or equivalent). Create a new collection.
- Name: Something clear (“Form Library” or “Nutrition Basics”).
- Cover image: Pick one from your Vault or upload quick.
- Save.
That’s it. Library exists.
Minutes 5-7: Add 2 to 3 Sections Fast section planning. You’re aiming for 3 focused sections, not 10.
Example for form library:
- Section 1: “Upper Body Movements” (List or Carousel layout)
- Section 2: “Lower Body Movements” (List or Carousel)
- Section 3: “Form FAQ” (List)
Add them now.
Minutes 8-9: Drop In 5 to 10 Resources Go to your Vault. Grab your best resources.
Have a “Squat Form Guide” PDF? Add it to Lower Body. Have a “Common Bench Mistakes” YouTube link? Add it to Upper Body. Have FAQs as a document? Add it to Form FAQ.
Drag them in. Don’t overthink order. You’ll adjust later. Just get them in.
Minute 10: Preview and Share Click preview. Does it look okay? Not perfect. Okay. Good enough.
Share it with 3 clients with a message: “New resource library live. Let me know what you think.”
Ship it.
The Mindset
Perfection is the enemy. You can:
- Add more resources later
- Reorganize sections later
- Change layouts later
- Reorder things later
What you can’t do? Get feedback and iterate if you never ship.
Ship rough. Iterate fast. That’s the game.
Common Shortcuts
You Don’t Need to Record Videos
Link to YouTube videos from experts. Your clients don’t need your squat form video specifically. They need a good squat form video. You curating a great one is just as good.
You Don’t Need Custom PDFs
If you have a nutrition guide, great, use it. If not, link to an article about macros. Link to a macro calculator. Done.
You Don’t Need Everything
Your resource library doesn’t need to be comprehensive. 5 to 10 resources per section is perfect. Done is better than perfect.
You Don’t Need to Organize Perfectly
Three sections is enough. You’ll reorganize after feedback anyway.
What to Grab From Your Vault
Assume you have at least some of this already:
- PDFs you’ve written
- Images or infographics
- YouTube links you’ve watched and liked
- Articles or blog posts you trust
- Tools or calculators you recommend
- Spreadsheets or templates
Start there. That’s your first library.
Example: 10-Minute Nutrition Library
- Create collection: “Nutrition Essentials”
- Add sections:
- “Macros Explained” (list)
- “Recipes & Ideas” (grid)
- “FAQ” (list)
- Add resources:
- “Macros Explained”: Macro calculation PDF, YouTube video on macros, article about protein
- “Recipes & Ideas”: 5 of your favorite recipes as documents
- “FAQ”: Your frequently asked nutrition questions as one document
- Preview: Looks good.
- Share with 3 clients.
Total time: 9 minutes. Total outcome: Live library clients can access.
Example: 10-Minute Form Library
- Create collection: “Exercise Form Fundamentals”
- Add sections:
- “Squats” (carousel)
- “Bench & Upper Body” (carousel)
- “Deadlifts & Pulls” (carousel)
- Add resources:
- “Squats”: 2 YouTube form videos, your squat cues document
- “Bench & Upper Body”: 2 YouTube videos, your bench notes
- “Deadlifts & Pulls”: 2 YouTube videos, your deadlift checklist
- Preview: Looks good.
- Share with 3 clients.
Total time: 10 minutes. Total outcome: Live form reference library.
Common Questions
What if I don’t have enough resources? Then you have 5 instead of 10. That’s still valuable. Add more next week.
Should I reorganize before sharing? Spend 1 minute on order. Then share. You’ll reorganize after feedback anyway.
What if it’s not perfect? Perfect is the enemy. Done is better. You can iterate.
Can I change it later? Yes. Everything is editable. Update content, add resources, reorganize, change layouts, whenever.

You’ve launched your first library. Now:
