How to Use These Templates

  1. Pick the template that matches your coaching niche.
  2. Copy the section structure.
  3. Replace “Resources to include” with actual resources from your Vault. In HubFit, you can drag resources directly into sections and adjust layouts (List, Carousel, Grid, Narrow Cards) for each one.
  4. If you’re missing resources, create them or link to great external content.
  5. Preview as clients would see it.
  6. Launch with at least 70%. Iterate after getting feedback.

Customization Tips

Rename to match your voice: Don’t use my exact section names. Use language that fits your brand.

  • Instead of “Nutrition Basics,” try “Fuel Your Body Like a Machine”
  • Instead of “Form FAQ,” try “Your Top Form Questions Answered”

Add client context: If your clients are mostly busy professionals, add a “Quick Guides for Busy People” section. If they’re mostly older adults, add “Joint Health & Longevity” section.

Remove or replace: If a section doesn’t fit your coaching, remove it. Not every coach needs supplements or mindset content.

Combine or split: If a section feels too big, split it. If one feels too small, combine it with another.

Next Steps

  1. Pick your template.
  2. Audit your Vault for existing resources that match each section.
  3. Identify gaps (resources you don’t have).
  4. Create the 2-3 most important resources first.
  5. Add the rest over the next 2 weeks.
  6. Launch with 70% done.
